Shipping & Returns
PROCESSING TIME: The time we need to prepare an order for shipping varies. In most circumstances we will be able to ship out orders within 2-5 business days. Larger orders may require additional processing time.
SHIPPING TIMES: We will strive to ship all order within 2-5 business days. All products are made to order, larger orders may need initial processing time.
We strive to meet these shipping estimates, but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the postal service. Once the package is scanned by the post office we have no control over how long the package will take to arrive. Calico Collective Co. is not liable or responsible for any delays, re-routes, or failed deliveries of your package.
However, we always want to make sure you receive the order that you paid for so please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any concerns with the status of your order.
CUSTOMS AND IMPORT TAXES: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Return & Exchange Policy
In the event you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us for an exchange or refund. All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition.
Custom and Personalized orders are not eligible for returns.
To return an item, please email customer service at email@example.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving your RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note: you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
REFUNDS: After receiving your return and the condition of your item(s) are inspected, and after our approval of the requested refund, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) business days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. Remember, all return items MUST be new and unused in order to receive a refund or exchange.
